3. Account Registration

6. Client and Agency/Freelancer Responsibilities

• Respectful Communication: Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with each other on the platform.
• Non-Solicitation: Agencies/freelancers agree to not solicit clients outside of Lysio’s platform for the duration of their account.

• Service Fees: Clients can use Lysio’s matching service for free. Agencies/freelancers may incur fees, such as a percentage of project payments or monthly subscriptions, depending on the terms of their account.
• Escrow Payment Option: Available as an added layer of security for transactions. Funds are held by Lysio until project milestones are verified.
8. Intellectual Property
• User Content: Agencies/freelancers retain rights to their case studies and other content but grant Lysio a license to display it on the platform.
• Platform Ownership: All technology, branding, and functionality of Lysio’s platform are Lysio’s intellectual property. Users may not copy or use these assets outside the platform without permission.
